7193c0b2d3 Batching :
- BatchNode can now batch a scene graph with several materials. It creates a batch by material
- Added a SimpleBatchNode that batch only geometries (no sub node graph) for better performances
- removed RF_REFRESHBATCH from Spatial as it's no longer needed
- changed test cases a bit

63b62269e8 - Dynamic Batching
- Added a BatchNode that can batch geometries in its sub graph
- added support for matching to Geometry
- created propper test cases
- added a refresh flag to spatial RF_REFRESHBATCH to refresh the batch only when needed

e3bff6d62a * Moved checkFrameBufferError() to part that sets up framebuffer. Can prevent odd crashes on some systems before any framebuffer is active.
* AWT Panels
    - Added automatic throttling to update loop if none of the panels are visible to the user (e.g. covered by another tab)
    - Fixed NPE that could occur when an AwtPanel becomes invisible
    - Called reshape() on all viewports to which an AwtPanel is attached when the panel is resized
    - Fixed inverted mouse coordinates

fa92c00a20 * AwtKeyInput now synchronized properly between OGL and EDT threads
* AwtMouseInput will no longer generate events with no mouse movement
 * Fixed issue where settings specified on AwtPanelsContext were not copied properly to the offscreen context
 * Significant performance improvements in AwtPanel system
  - Use of proper locking to prevent deadlocks
  - Optimized BufferStrategy by using a single, accelerated front buffer
  - Removed pbuffer.makeCurrent() which was not necessary and used many CPU cycles

c773395ace Animations refactoring.
- Track is a generic interface now
- all kinds of tracks implement Track<T>
- Animation is the only animation class that should be used now (other classes like BoneAnimation or SpatialAnimation are deprecated now)
- Pose and PoseTrack are made Cloneable to easier clone the tracks and Animation
- one update to OgreLoader (using Animation instead of BoneAnimation)
- one update to tests

a5be89598f * Always close InputStream in WAVLoader

5f5eb708da - Added steep parallax mapping, activate it by setting SteepParallax attribute to true in lighting material
- Refactored paralax calculation code in Parallax.glsllib
- Added a boolean param to lighting material PackedNormalParallax to specify if the parallax map is stored in the alpha channel of the normal map (it was already implemented in the shader). added a dds file and a material using this
- The parallax height can now be set by users by setting the ParallaxHeight attribute. default is 0.05
- Deleted old normal map for water
- Inverted green channel of the brickwall normal texture to look good with recent change in normal calculation in lighting material
- Created a test case for parallax mapping where you can swich from classic to steep parallax using spacebar, and where you can tweak the parallax heigh by using I and K keys.
