1d767981ee Fixes for mirror modifier (fixing several NPE that occured when model hed no binging or UV buffers, and fixing ClassCastException when model was small and ShorBuffer instead of IntBuffer was used for vertex indexing).

4e987ae63e Android : Pixel Format again. Transparent or Translucent pixel format should not be the deault setting as they drain a substential amount of fps and that most of the games will have an opaque background.
There is now a new ogles configType called BEST_TRANSLUCENT if users really want a transparent background.
The BEST or FASTEST confing are now both OPAQUE, this gives a nice boost to the BEST configuration.

9349bd97c6 MotionPath.setSpeed can now be fed with a negative value to go backward. Waypoints will be properly triggered and the spatial will stop if it reaches the end of the path.

0ade9ab80f - Removed a comment on a line that wasn't to be commented...
- Fixed import problem when RIFF header didn't have height/width (when it should). The loader will now use the first image's width/height. Since all images in an animation are supposed to be the same size this should not be a problem.
- Fixed import when an .ICO file contains more than one image (as it in in the case of "windows theme" files). The loader will default to a 32x32 icon in that list.
- Formatting.

5ac9953f62 Implemented the ability to change the mouse cursor.
The way to do this is by calling inputManager.setMouseCursor("path/to/cursor/in/assets/cursor.ani").

NOTE: Supported formats are  "RIFF-wrapped" .ani, .cur and .ico. Those can be found everywhere on the web and are the majority of icons found. If the file format is unrecognized the loader will crash with an appropriate message (hopefully).

84404cfb5f Fix for animations tracks loading. If rotations were not set up by user then the model might have been disappearing because of (0, 0, 0, 0) rotation quaternion. (0, 0, 0, 1) quaternion is set in that case.

476120616c Modified the Serializer registration of DisconnectMessage
and ClientRegistrationMessage so that they have fixed IDs
and registration-independent implementations.  This means
that no matter how much the internal auto-registration list
changes that a game can still manage the protocol version
in a graceful way.
Prior to this change, removal of a class registration from
Serializers auto-registered list meant that a client->server
version mismatch was impossible to detect and handle gracefully.

Also, now that it was safe to do so, I removed the auto
registration of some odd Java beans classes.

819407cf79 Starting to reorganize serializer a bit to later add
some features that will make it slightly less fragile.
The code that registers a serializer for an ID has
been centralized.
A method was added to hand out new IDs and it now
skips IDs that are already in use.  This will allow
certain serializers to be fixed against specific IDs
to maintain backwards and forwards compatability even
as the automatically registered list of serializers
changes.
