Stone Recipe Changes

• Reduced the number of stones required for Lix[4] and Xir[4] from 5 to 3.
• Reduced the number of stones required for Lix[5] and Xir[5] from 10 to 3.

The number of stones to make higher tier stones at these tiers was ridiculous.
