Quest Display Changes
- Players now have access to all quests up to 30 levels below their current level.
- All Quests now show in their titles how much XP and money they reward at a glance.
- All Quests can now be taken and turned in remotely.
Permanent Duration Items
- Made the Storage expansion, Auto-move passport, and chat color items have permanent duration.
