Added the ability to set the geometry comparators
for the buckets for those cases where the app may
know better.

* Added test that demonstrates above functionality, by starting Application without attaching the canvas, and then constantly attaching and detaching canvas from a frame.

- Fixed squashing flickering when changing animation

Essentially, it is doing a parallel and nearly completely
different calculation of line width than the one that
Letters/BitmapText does. Consolidating this position
model would probably be a good idea someday.
