Skill previews at the beginning of the game should display the cooldown timers of the skills for players to observe during class selection.
Skill previews should also contain accurate damage numbers reflecting the damage ratio of the ability ("potency") and what the number translates to in raw damage (in character selection, uses the default character's attack as the starting number)
Skill descriptions when looking at the skill previews window (Mentioned in Issue #63) and/or the mouseover tooltips (Issue #75) should reflect updated numbers as the player levels up and adjusts their attack damage. The skill's cooldown and additional modifiers from accessories should also reflect in the tooltips over time.
How this works can be quite complicated and a more specific plan probably has to be designed first.
