Add an additional page in the pause menu that displays what abilities the player has and the descriptions, just like in character select. Gives the player another location to find/remember what their abilities do.

This will also be useful when ability enchants are introduced. The modifiers can appear underneath the original ability descriptions showing what enchants are applied at-a-glance.

Redesigning: Instead of another button cluttering up the pause menu even further, add a tab toggle between "Equipment" and "Skills" in the "Character" menu. Makes the most sense in there.
