Weather Nodes will appear as well as Weather Shrines.

Weather Nodes provide an amount of a certain Weather Power for replenishment while Weather Shrines allow you to identify new Weather Node locations and unlock new Weather Powers.

What I would like to eventually do is allow the player to construct new R.O.V.E.Rs in order to automate or provide weather resource replenishment/delivery at a steady rate.
