Right-click blocking is missing from the Warrior class.
As per the original spec:
Righclick: (Block) Cooldown: 15 Seconds Blocks all damage for the next 3 seconds.
Block is implemented. Added a 30% movement reduction to Blocking as well. Makes it feel like the player is standing their ground.
