sigonasr2	5035dd5af9	Added resource pack loading for sensitive commercial assets (direct inclusion for builds). Fixed bug with brand new settings loading the original window at 1/4 the normal size. Fixed bug with reading system configuration when no system configuration exists yet. Fixed bug with emscripten build mosaic effect shader not working (unsupported textureSize glsl call).
