sigonasr2	3c47cb908e	Added an overlay control class. Optimize and rearrange rendering order of bullets and effects such that all bullets now appear above monsters. Fix a bug involving some objects that are supposed to appear behind the player end up in front when they are aligned on the same tile row. Preparations for wind attack.
